2. Rowboat click HERE
3. Drop Spin Pattern click HERE
4. Body Circle Pattern click HERE
5. Choregraphy (dance movement) 64 counts total

Performance Video (watch these kids perform through the 64 counts several times)
You will learn these patterns and choregraphy then video yourself perfoming them and submit your videos to this Google FORM. We will ask for basic information in this form. You will be required to attach a copy of your 3rd 9 weeks grades from iNow. All potential members must have an overall average of 70 in each of your core classes in order to participate.
Video auditions must be submitted by May 8th to be considered for a spot.
Video Submission Guidelines
*State your name at the beginning of all videos
*Be sure the perspective of your video is such that the judges can see everything you are doing
*Sound file has been provided below to assist you with production of any audition videos
*Give yourself plenty of room – outside is likely your best and safest option
*We are not looking for professional quality videos. A video taken on a standard smartphone is fine
*Maximum video file size is 1 gb per file
*DO NOT SHARE YOUR VIDEO WITH ANYONE
*PEASE MAKE SURE THE CAMERA/PHONE YOU USE IS STEADY . Place it on something or use a tripod if possible.
Video requirements:
1. Your attire for the audition needs to be shorts, a comfortable t-shirt, and tennis shoes.
2. Please be sure your hair is out of your face.
3. You may use a broom as a flag pole if you do not have access to a 6ft. pole.
4. Place the recording device at least 20ft back so we can see everything you are doing.
If you did not pre-register for colorguard back in March that is not a problem. We will adjust your schedule this summer if you are selected with your counselor.
Remember, if you currently play an instrument in your middle school band you must continue playing your instrument in high school to be considered for the color guard. This means you will have TWO band classes on your schedule. The colorguard class and the appropriate band class after your band audition. We have many that are currently doing this and it is not a problem with shceduling.
